it is breathing

And crying a lot.

The delivery was a difficult one, with the mother passing away right after hearing the baby first cry.

Hooray! The mother is dead! No! Wait! I mean...


Successfully merged the Genes System within the main body. Now our hero has a DNA! :D

Joking...

But yes, done what i suggested myself at the end of the previous post, changed the ancestor function to accommodate the more 'advanced' object class.

That means a rather unsatisfactory code, but every newborn has a face of a knee, so I wont be worrying about it now.

I'm sure that when I come back to that bit of code later I will find an easier, shorter and neater way, and I'm absolutely sure I will break some unrelated part of the code when I refactor that and will have to redo the whole thing. :D


As of now, I'm concentrating on basically, the intro.
Will just get a single mouse event handle and then I'll return to 'studing'.

When I get to the actual game itself, it will be a nightmare. Ripping off RPG graphics will be the easier part.
Let's not even dream about events such as fights, etc...

Well, that is only because I want to do everything from scratch, so be it!
